About Us

Based in Galashiels in the Scottish Borders, Philip Macari developed AM.PM Event Catering as a division of his long established family run café business which was started by his grandfather, Giovanni, in 1923, and carried on by his mother and father in 1939.

In those days the mobile unit was a horse and cart or a bicycle carrying ice cream and confectionery around Galashiels.

Nowadays things have moved on some, and drawing from many years of experience in catering, AM.PM is now an attractive and professional operation providing convenience foods for every outside event.
